We are facing webpage error while creating the requisition using IE V11.

Error  : Function 'On ReadyState' , Unable to set Property 'Value of UN-defined or Null Reference"

Steps to replicate the issue
  1) Main Menu--> eProcurement--> Create Requisition
  2) Enter the requisition details
  3) Add the item to the cart from web(Direct Connect)
  4) Review and submit ( Error occurs at this stage and the error is not consistent)
  When we click on review and submit or Save and submit the webpage error pops up.
 
  Note: We are facing this issue after tools upgraded from 8.50 to 8.55.
