Dispute code error in Trade Management

We have been getting the following dispute error in Trade Management

OZF_RESALE_PRICE_ERROR

Checked the price list, item on the price list,UOM. All looks OK and checked the order number ,Also made sure order number is not the same, as in another line where the item and price are the same

We are not able to process this line

Any thing else I am missing to check
