Hi.. I'm getting ORA-39126: Worker unexpected fatal error in KUPW$WORKER.FETCH_XML_OBJECTS

Hello.. I'm getting below error while exporting data... this is daily cronjob... The problem is it's getting failed frequently... without any fix the next day dump is being successful... After few days again the export is getting failed.. Don't know what's happeneing... I would like to know the cause for this issue and fix too.... Your help is much appreciated... Below is the error message
