Incremental changes in EBS metadata

Hi,

We are using FDMEE 11.1.2.4 to pull mutliple EBS hierarchies into Hyperion. We have a ASO cube for reporting and a BSO cube for Planning. EBS Account segment has a natural account value 40000 and its parent is defined as P1000 in EBS. We are able to pull this parent child relationship into Hyperion in the first time FDMEE load. Lets stay sometime later,  Account 40000 is moved to a different parent P3000 instead of P1000 in EBS system. How does FDMEE handle such scenario during incremental metadata load? Does it understand the change in hierarchy and move the child member 40000 to P3000
