RPC 5 - Changes to Create Accounting - Assets breaking SLA Create Accounting

Hello,

We are currently testing RPC 5 for our Oracle Financial modules. We've come across an issue with Create Accounting in testing where it is now populating two additional parameters and failing almost immediately after running it.

Doc ID 2171769.1 mentions the changes are for Create Accounting - Assets, but when we review the configuration for this job, the two new parameters are not a part of the job. However, the two new parameters, P_LAUNCH_BALANCE_PROGRAM and P_LAUNCH_BAL_PROGRAM are showing up in our generic Create Accounting job in the Subledger Accounting application.

1) How is this note targeting Create Accounting - Assets specifically, but when RPC 5 is installed in our test environment, this version of Create Accounting is left untouched while the Subledger Create Accounting is broken?
