Hello,
we are trying new printer (HP laser jet M604) for print immediate, it didn't work, the report completed successfully but no printing order reaches to the printer, same report was printed immediately on other HP printer (like HP laser Jet 5200) without problems, I checked the print immediate requirement as mentioned in doc ID ():
"JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.1.2.3 and later changes the PostScript requirement to Language Level 3, and direct PDF is no longer required on the printer at all. " and we are on TR 9.1.5
the printer specification is as following:
"Print languagesHP PCL 6, HP PCL 5e , HP Postscript Level 3 emulation, native PDF printing (v 1.7)"
