PL SQL Variables are not updating with latest values while previewing the contract template

We defined a PL SQL variable which refers attribute 5 in PO header DFF with a value set of type None.

we are using this pl sql variable in a contract template and attached the same in Standard PO.

When i preview the contract from Po the variable value is showing the old one instead of the latest value which is present in attribute5 in Approved PO DFF.
