Error while load JVs through Web Adi

Hi, All Expert

When we run web adi for load JVS so its stuck & went to warning status.

Now its all request go to warning phase, following is the error code.

EM29    You do not have access to this ledger and account combination.

what we do now pls do the needful. this production environment ....
