Hyperion Financial Management - Disabled in EPM Configurator

Hi Gurus,

We have HFM ( 11.1.2.0) installed/configured and working in our environment. 

In this working environment, we are able to the below problem when executing EPM Configurator.

1) When we run EPM configurator on all the servers, the components are showing as pending.

2) In the HFM Web Servers and Application servers, we are seeing that "Hyperion Financial Management" is disabled and we are not able to choose that option.

3) There is a warning in the command line which says 'Looks like product XMLs were not installed for Hyperion Financial Management product'

Note : We are using Installation ID to execute configuration.

This is not letting us to add/change HFM server clusters which we want to create. Any leads will be helpful.
