Save the content based on Content Meta-data

Hello Experts,

I want to save the document from webcenter enterprise console to WebCenter Content Repository in the specific folder if folder not created first create the folder and then save the document based on content Meta-data.

for Example: for every document having a date Meta-data field now based upon date need to create a folder in UCM Repository if it not available and then save the document in the same folder.

Please advise how I can achieve the things.
