HFM warning error “FreeLRUCachesIfMoreRAMIsNeeded released data cubes"

Please help me understand and fix this HFM warning error “FreeLRUCachesIfMoreRAMIsNeeded released data cubes" that is received in the HsvEventlog.log after the HFM application will not open and in order to open the HFM application I need to stop and restart the Web server services.

Environment: Windows 2008 R2, HFM 11.1.2.3.502, FDM 11.1.2.3.500.  (3) Servers: Web, Application and SQL.
