adop abort fail

I was applying latest AD/TXK 8 per 1617461.1
It was taking more than three days on first patch of AD/TXK 8, so i went into adctl(Patch file system) stop the workers. Then try to abort the active adop session and received the following error.

[oratest@zsc-oradev-02 ~]$ adop phase=abort
