AM Depreciation Expense Allocation issues

We have multiple business units and one is trying to use the AM Depreciation Expense Allocation.  When the AMALLOC job runs for Business Unit A, it fails when the GL_DISTRIB_STATUS is set to "P" for Transfers on Business Unit B.  Why would Business Unit B's transfers be affecting the AMALLOC for Business unit A?
