Patching WLS with EM 13c

I cannot seem to find any documentation about the recommended patching for the WebLogic Server included with EM 13c.  The version shipped with it is 12.1.3.  With earlier versions of EM, only explicitly approved WLS patches were to be applied, and they were thoroughly documented in the recommended EM patch documents on MOS.  I cannot find anything similar for EM 13c.  The EM13c patch documents only refer to the OMS, Plugins, and agents, with no mention of WLS.  Should we be applying the standard WLS 12.1.3 PSU patches?  Or are there other WLS 12.1.3 patches we should be applying?  I
