Posting Lump Sum Amounts

We are implementing a new CWB plan which has lump sums and merit increases.  For some reason our lump sum increases are not posting.  The merit increases are posting fine but the lump sums are just not posting.  They are not erroring out at all and I can't seem to figure out the missing piece of configuration I need.  Any pointers?
