Post .700 patch, email notification links not working

We recently upgraded to the .700 patch.

Now, when a user receives an email notification reminder, they click the shortcut link, the browser opens and it just spins.

Originally post-patch, we had to have everyone clear their IE cache and temp internet files to log in. Plus, we had to have them remove the shortcut links they had for

a fresh shortcut.

However, I can't fix the shortcut link supplied in the notifications. What needs to be done?

None of the links work.
