Only update/add an e-mail address to F01151

All I want to do is easily add an email address to table F01151 (I have 516 records)

I already have a F0111 table entry.

What batch upload program do I use after loading records to F01151Z1 so that only F01151 is changed(added) and no child tables are touched?
