Custom Dimension member visible in Dimension library but not in Grid

Hi

We have HFM 11.1.2.4.202 environment. There is a ProgramType Custom dimension. I am able to view the custom dimension member 01300 and 01217 in dimension library but i cannot find the members in Data grid.

The application has been deployed including the changes but still the codes are not reflected in Hierarchy in Grid. I extracted the .ads file and could find the codes in there.

Please suggest how to rectify this problem
