Drop Ship Sales order showing as demand in Item Supply/Demand

All To the best of my knowledge the Drop ship sales orders (Source = External) should not appear in the Item Supply / Demand form in Inventory (INVDVDSD) as a Demand. However, we are seeing them as demand Please let me know if any one is seeing the same issue We are on 12.2.4
