AP Check printer alignment issues after 12.1 to 12.2 upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded our EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 . The same AP checks template which were working fine in 12.1  , are giving alignment issues (in 12.2) and checks are getting printed slightly upwards ( as if 3 or 4 lines in the rtf template have been removed from the header).

I hope this should be a known issue, I tried going through metalink but couldn't find any related hits.
