Depot Repair-Reason Codes - Where can I find them once they are entered against a RO status update

Have a SR > RO

Changed the status of RO from Open to Received

When doing that gave a reason code and comments.

1. Like to know where I can view these reason codes and comments other than Activity form.

2. When I change the Service Order Type from one type to another, I give a reason code. Where exactly do we define these reason codes? Navigation please.

3. Update Service Type form doesn't have place for entering any comments like SO Status update form. Can we get this or it released in later releases. I am on 12.2.4.
