Hi, I'm not able to enter or update receivables account for any customer, once I click the search bu

Hi,

    I'm not able to enter or update receivables account for any customer, once I click the search button it gives me an error Error 400--Bad Request. any idea what could be the reason because I went live 1st of October and I can't define or update customer and this will affect the new transaction and opening balances. Thanks
