New Fiscal year - F09410 report is blank.

R09410 run and reports correctly when processing option is set to prior fiscal year and periods.  When run for the current fiscal year and periods it is failing to output any data.  F0902 confirmed as having values in the periods 01 - 03.  What could be the cause.

Date Pattern exists for current and next fiscal year. R098201 has been run.

The issue is not just with the R09410 other reports are also not working where the selection is on current fiscal year.
