Hi,

  Can anybody help me setting cross reference in below scenario.

    I have to set the cross reference for customer item with our item.

Eg. A is item code for customer item and B is item code for our company item. I have set the cross reference with cross reference type code as "C".

       Now I want to set up substitute item for our company item code (ie item code so that whenever that item(item will not available in stock we can sent any other item(Eg. C, D, E, F etc).

      

       Is this possible and how?

Against one item code how many substitute item we can put?
