Account is locked in LOCAL_XE database for siebel remote client

Hi All,

I am trying to access the LOCAL_XE database for the siebel developer , but unfortunately his account is locked in local database. can any one tell me how to unlock the account in siebel database where as the same user is open status in server database.

Parallelly, I am looking for the applying table is not working for the LOCAL setup. When I enter the local credentials for LOCAL_XE it says invalid username and password.
