Different approval authority for same Job Codes - AME

Dear All,

We are using absolute Job level (action type)or approval of Purchase Requisitions (AME).

One Job code can be assigned to multiple people as you might be aware.

We are having some cases where one Job code need to have different approval authority depending on the person.

We currently have 2 Job segments.

Below is the requirement

2 people with Job code : VS44.CC Manager2 needs to have different approval authority.

Option

• Create an additional Job segment called Level and have 2 Job codes like VS44.CC Manager 2. Level1 and VS44.CC Manager 2. Level2

But HR is against this option.

Do we have any other alternative to handle this requirement.
