iProc punchout failing when bringing cart back into Oracle from external marketplace
One of our clients has reported an issue during their UAT phase of a release. We have applied patch 19798215 to resolve an issue for compatibility view and to enable invoice images to be viewed in the correct format. However, during the UAT testing, our client has reported an issue with iProc - when they punchout to create a shopping basket, they are getting a stale data error when returning the basket to Oracle. They are using IE11, with compatibility view switched off. If they switch compatibility view on, then the shopping basket is returned successfully.
Can anyone advise if this patch could be causing an issue for iProc?
