Work Order Completion Context Sensitive DFF

I want to add a flexfield on the work order completion screen based on the Organization ID. So when anyone is logged in to that org and tries to complete a work order, the flexfield will automatically show.

I went in to the Work Order Completion descriptive flexfield, and in the reference field I put in :$PROFILES$.MFG_ORGANIZATION_ID.

I entered in a code equivalent to the MFG_ORGANIZATION_ID for the Organization that I want the flexfield displayed for but nothing shows on the work order completion screen.

We are using 12.2.5, and this is in OAF.
