PDBA Set-up - EXAOW Data Item "French Cdn Description" text in Field not stored in F069116 to report

If you put text into the French Cdn Description Text field (EXAOW) on the PDBA set-up screen it stores the text along with the PDBA record information in JDE and can be viewed on the screen. The problem is that the text in that field is nowhere to be found within the PDBA definition file/table to be able to create reports that include this text.  I even looked up the data item EXAOW in the XREF program and no tables or business views use this data item.  How can I get the text stored on this field to print out
