OTL Limited Timekeeper Responsibility as Read Only

HI

As you know we have responsibility "OTL Limited Time Keeper" responsibility where we can find,edit,enter time for employee by groups.I want to have the same responsibility with only Query access.

So we can give access to person just to make sure if the records exists or not.Could you please let me know how can that be achieved??
