FR Studio v.11.1.2.3.965 - Can't resize grid in report

When trying to move/resize an existing grid and/or add another grid and resize/rearrange the grids in a report, the grids become unusable.  They size down to one unreadable box that you cannot then resize back to normal, usable sizing.  I have tried checking the grid position (horizontal and vertical) as well as bring to front, etc, but nothing seems to help and allow me to resize the grids.

Any other settings that I should be looking for to make the grids dynamic and able to resize at will?
