Is there any way to stop 'Period Close Reconciliation Report' being kicked-off during inventory mont

We have seen the Period Close Reconciliation Report is being running very long consuming more CPU for all the BU's, however at the same time our business team doesnt require this report as well. Can it be possible to turn-off this job during inventory closure process is run?
