Hello Experts,

One of the custom concurrent request(Equant AP Invoices CSV) is taking very long time (1-3days) to complete in Production. We can reproduce the issue in single test instance however in other test instances it is completing in 2-3hrs.

We have one instance (DRSUP) which gets refresh from Production on daily basis. Same program is completing in 2-3hrs in that instance.

We compared the plan was same in both the instances.

What could be the issue? Please help me to resolve the performance issue.

Created SR 3-13158848101 they suggested to check with In-house development team. But it is strange that it is working fine in 2-3 test instances and not working in Prod and one more instance.
