How to copy NER?

Hi,

I need to clone one standard NER and I tried of copying the ER and pasting in new NER. But i faced so many problems and it takes huge time to build without errors.

So i need to Clone the NER like UBE or Interactive application.

Is there any document or procedure related to my requirement.?
