What is the impact on Core HR, PMS, OLM, Payroll, SSHR in case of Re Structuring the Organization?
Hi,
One of my client is on R12.1.3 and they are going for Re Organization, in this they are merging few departments, creating new, ending old, same with positions also.
they are not changing any existing processes, so in this case what are the major changes happen in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, PMS, OLM.
These are the changes i found out to implement:
1. Define New Organizations, end date the unused one
2. Define New Positions, End date the unused one
3. Define Organization & Position Hierarchy
4. New Approvals for all HR Transactions (not sure what approvals need to set for PMS, OLM???)
5. Define New Workflow (Not sure for PMS, OLM???)
