Extension of warranties for 2 months
Hi All,
The Standard Warranty period on items shipped from our customer starts on the day the items has been shipped from customer Deck.
It has been observed that sometimes, it takes months for items to be delivered to end customers in LATAM and Mexico countries due to custom clearance and
shipping delay. There is some mismatch between the expiry of warranty dates due to this delay and that is by about 2 months.
We want it to extend the standard warranty period of products being shipped to LATAM Countries and Mexico by 60 days. Can we acheive this through any automation, please suggest.
