PROJECT_ACCOUNTING_CONTEXT ERROR

I am Facing the error while trying tto Import Requisitions.

Cause: You entered a invalid value for PROJECT_ACCOUNTING_CONTEXT or you don't have the proper installation of PA/PJM for the Destination Type entered.

Destination Type code in po_requisitions_interface_all  is EXPENSE and PROJECT_ACCOUNTING_CONTEXT is null.

Can you please let me know what could be the reason behind this error.
