Unable to upload Balance explanation file in ARM

Hi,

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501, we are trying to upload Balance explanation file but it is not allowing to upload and below the error we can see.

but if we check the file on row 70 error, there is a value existing for count of supporting transactions attribute and the value is not exceeding 50 characters for the remaining items.

Can someone adivise on this error.
