US Pay - Using Payroll Professional to View Online Pay Slips
Over the past year, we've been working to move all our payroll pay slips to online pay slips in self-service rather than print direct deposit advices. This has brought up some management issues regarding employees who are out on leave and cannot get into the EBS system to view/print their pay slips. Normally, timekeepers would have managed the distribution of printed pay slips/checks, but now payroll staff are having to address these issues as they are the only ones we've set up with the Payroll Professional responsibility.
How are other agencies handling this? Is there a way to set up security in Payroll Professional such that we can assign this responsibility to department timekeepers and they can only view the pay slips/W2s for employees in their own department?
