Converting from v8.2 to v15.2

Will be converting from P6 v8.2 to 15.2. I see there is a cumulative feature overview but it only goes to v15.1. Is there a tool for 8.2 to 15.2 or what are the differences from 15.1 to 15.2 that can be added to the cumulative features?
