How to restart "OMS Configuration" during OEM 13c installation

Hi All,

Pls note that we are going to install OEM13C in a Redhat 6 Box.  However, the OMS configuration was found fail to run during installation.  The following command is used to retry the process but fail:

$<OMS_HOME>/oui/bin/runConfig.sh ORACLE_HOME=<oms_home_path> MODE=perform ACTION=configure COMPONENT_XML={encap_oms.1_0_0_0_0.xml}

The following error was logged in the osma log:

FINE: Caused by: oracle.security.opss.tools.lifecycle.LifecycleException: The schema SYSMAN_OPSS is already in use for security store(s).  Please create a new s

chema.
