Is there any standard API/Bulk Upload to allow for the upload of Pricing agreements?

Hi All,

Our business require to automate the creation of Pricing agreements on the system allowing users to simply upload the Pricing agreement from CSV File. Is there any API or QP Bulk upload functionality available for Pricing Agreements.
