Timezone in APPS - corporate vs local

The server timezone is PST and the client timezone is GMT +2. If I perform an inventory transaction I see client timezone (date + hours) but in the DB table I found the same transaction recorded with the server timezone (PST). 

This is wrong because I expect to have recorded the transaction according to my client timezone.

How can I fix this issue ?
