Not able to access link to dropbox or google document in siebel email

It is currently not possible to open a link to a (document dropboxlink)  from an email from a customer.  For example: A client sends  the documents, he thereby gives a link to the file via Dropbox or wetransfer etc page. We can not open this link from siebel . So users have to forward the mail to Outlook to open the  access the link which is not convenient.

Is there a way around to fix this.

We have siebel Open UI implementation IP 2014.
