Batch with by-product item not enabled for costing failing in OPM pre-processor

Hi, We want to have the by-product as zero cost (has its own recipe and formula/routing), so we are testing a scenario by disabling the 'Costing' - attribute in item master under Process manufacturing tab.

We were able to complete and close the batch successfully, but batch close event is failing during OPM pre-processor with below error message.'Error during batch close for Plant YYY Batch NNNNNNN. Batch skipped.'

     Formula - without by-product (as system is not allowing to change validity rule status for the recipe if we have by-product not costable)
