Subledger not reconciling to Trial Balance

Hi all,

In Trail Balance there is difference between Sub ledger(AR) and General Ledger. The sub ledger shows correct balance.

Actually we have entered manually a credit memo in AR. We are unable to reconcile the amount and account which we entered in AR credit Memo.(One invoice)

Please share some suggestions...
