Expense Report approval process not receiving an email E1
Description: 1. Users creates and submits an expense report.
2. Manager does not receive an email notification.
3. Manager logs in and goes to Manager Expense Approval (P09E2011, ERRG0002, W09E2011E), but searching under Reports Pending My Approval shows no reports. If they change search criteria to All Expense Reports, it shows the report under status Approval Required.
4. Manager has no ability to approve expense reports.
5. Changing Manager does not fix issue.
6. Rebooting JDE system did not help.
