Deliver To SO Override address missing in 9.2

Currently using JDE v8.12

When entering a SO (v8.12) we have option for Override addresses CUSTOMER, SHIP TO, DELIVER TO, FORWARD TO & INVOICE TO

We are using the Deliver To as the final destination (customer) and the Ship to is the Freight Forwarder (where we ship the product)

Testing in v 9.2 I find that the DELIVER TO is missing from the options in address override.

How do I get Deliver to back as an option so I may continue processing freight forwarded orders that same as we did in 8.12?

Or what is the JDE preferred way to set up customer and/or order processing options for freight forwarded orders?
