Why is Tax Type "Y" for Washington state in F0724 when it is not in tax setup?

Hello,

We have an issue where Tax Type Y (Property Damage/Bodily Injury) is suddenly being processed for the state of Washington [48] in our weekly payroll cycle and we cannot figure out why.  We do not have "Y" set up in the Corporate Tax IDs [P0590814A]  for our company 01603 in Washington [48]. This tax (Y) is correctly processing for 3 of our states (NC, WV & VA) - we can see the "Y" in the F069016 PR Tax Area Profile for the 3 states, but not WA. After we processed PR, we can see the F0724 Burden Distribution "Y" tax type records for several WA employees but do not understand how that can be.  Any assistance you can provide is greatly
