How to move people from the existing plan into a new plan?

We have created a new hourly plan for Houlry employee to be used. Currently they are using the plan which is shared between Hourly and salary people.

How do I move the existing hourly employee to the new plan? When will I do it since we are in the Mock OE period?

I am new OAB please share the step by step information.
